- The snow plow integrates with skid steer loaders using a quick-attach system, enabling installation and removal within two minutes. It features left and right angling as well as forward and backward obstacle-avoidance functionality. The mounting frame adopts a box-type structure for high structural strength and smooth operation. The snow blade is essential equipment for modern highways, urban sanitation, and airports. Our snow blades are designed with a reliable structure and advanced technology, making them suitable for various snow-clearing tasks.
- The dual-action hydraulic cylinders allow the blade to pivot ±30° to the left or right, ensuring that snow rolls to one side during high-speed plowing while reducing impact on the blade.
- The plow is equipped with imported Italian Faster quick couplers, complete with dust caps. These couplers offer stable quality and are easy to assemble and disassemble.
- The spring is made of low-temperature-resistant, impact-resistant, and wear-resistant spring steel. It provides high tension to ensure proper snow-clearing performance while enabling the blade to return to its original position quickly after overcoming obstacles.
- The snow plow uses hydraulic control for left and right angling with a pivot range of ±30°, allowing easy and quick changes to the snow-clearing direction. This makes it particularly effective for clearing light snow from sidewalks and narrow roads.
- The plow features a reinforced steel structure with a replaceable wear-resistant cutting edge. The cutting edge is bolted to the blade for quick and easy replacement. Nylon cutting edges are also available as an option.
- The blade automatically flips when encountering obstacles, preventing damage to the equipment. After overcoming the obstacle, the blade automatically returns to its original position with the help of the spring mechanism.
- Optional accessories include width markers and a front guard plate.
- When paired with small loaders, customers are advised to install bucket-positioning stops (bucket lock) according to their loader's configuration.
