Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Refund Process

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products qualify for refunds. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available solely for items received defective or damaged. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving a defective or damaged item by email.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the item's value. After we receive your returned item, you will receive a gift certificate via mail.
If the item wasn't identified as a gift at purchase or was sent to the purchaser for later gifting, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, who will be informed about your return.

Delivery times for exchanged items vary based on your location.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking or purchasing insurance for items valued above $150, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
