All orders ship free Canada.

• Processing time: Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation before dispatch.
• Delivery estimate: After shipping, most packages arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. (Note: holidays, natural events, or health emergencies may cause delays.)

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If part of your order is on pre-order or back-order, we’ll send available items right away and ship the remainder as soon as they’re in stock. You may receive multiple shipments, but rest assured everything will arrive.

Order Tracking
Once your order departs our facility, you’ll get an email (and text if you provided a mobile number) with a tracking number and a link to our Tracking Page. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking details to appear online.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Because we work quickly, there’s only a short window for changes. If you need to update your address, please email us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages
