Friendly Reminder:
- Routine maintenance of the machine can effectively extend its service life and improve the efficiency of the product.
- When parts need to be replaced, only components approved by the manufacturer should be used.
- Users are advised to protect the product nameplate, as a missing or incomplete nameplate will void the warranty.
Brush Replacement:
a. Remove the motor mounting plate and bearing mounting plate on both sides of the sweeper, and then remove the core shaft from the top cover.
b. Detach the bearing mounting plate and bearings from the core shaft.
c. Remove the brush baffle.
d. Remove the old brushes from the core shaft.

1. Blade Replacement
After using the blade for a period, it's necessary to check the extent of blade wear. To prevent wear on the bottom bucket, the blade should be replaced promptly. The replacement method is as follows:
a. Remove the adjustment bolt between the top cover and the bottom bucket, and flip the top cover to a certain height. (Take safety precautions to prevent the top cover from suddenly falling off.)
b. Remove the old blade and install the new blade.
2. Storage Instructions
- Before storage, clean all dirt, grime, and grease from the product. Cover and seal hydraulic hose connections and motor interfaces.
- Store the product in a dry, non-corrosive environment to prevent rusting.
- During storage, ensure that the brushes do not touch the ground to prevent them from bending and deforming over time, which would affect their performance.
- During storage, lubricate all lubrication points with grease and apply oil to the joints between bearings and shafts to prevent rust.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the product as this may cause deformation and affect the performance of the sweeper.
- The brush material is polypropylene. Keep it away from extreme heat or flames, and do not store the polypropylene brushes in places where they are directly exposed to sunlight.
- Perform regular maintenance on this product.
